- The purpose of this study is to analyze subjective norms, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, compatibility, risks, trust, and facilitating conditions in influencing someone intention to reuse OVO and Go-Pay e-wallet applications. In addition, this study also looked for different factors between OVO and Go-Pay applications. Data collection uses questionnaires distributed online. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method. The number of respondents in this study was 240 people. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which is operated by SmartPLS and SPSS version 20 to conduct one-way ANOVA. The results of this study are perceived usefulness and facilitating conditions positive and significant conditions for consumer intentions to reuse OVO and Go�Pay e-wallet applications. Meanwhile, other variables such as subjective norms, perceived ease of use, compatibility, risk, and trust in this study did not affect consumer intentions to reuse e-wallet applications. Then, the ANOVA one-way test results show that facilitating conditions have differences between OVO and Go-Pay applications.
