  • Mobile ticketing (m-ticketing) has become a breakthrough in the world of transportation, especially railroad service provider companies in Indonesia that come with the KAI Access m-ticketing application. By using the KAI Access mticketing application, passengers can buy train tickets online from anywhere at any time without knowing the time and space limits. This KAI Access m-ticketing application service can reduce costs, be faster, and be more efficient because it can minimize paper usage and ticket loss. However, the use of the KAI Access mticketing application is still minimal in use by train passengers in Indonesia. This research was conducted to identify a set of determinants that influence the intention of KAI Access m-ticketing users. In this study, will analyze the determinants of KAI Access m-ticketing application user intentions using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory which is integrated with the variable perceived cost and perceived trust. Respondents in this study were 438 people who were collected through online surveys. Then the data were analyzed using variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or The Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Based on the results of research the most influential factor is the perception of ease of use and usefulness followed by the perception of trust. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as information for policy makers in formulating competitive strategies to increase the adoption of the KAI Access m-ticketingapplication in Indonesia.
