- The thesis entitled Juridical Review Of Advocates Who Make The Bribes In Handling Client Cases Under The Law Number 18 Of 2003 Concerning Advocates. This thesis used primary data that consist legal norms and secondary data that consist literature, legal facts from interview with one of the advocates at aid center and legal consultant Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. The writer used study literature and interview to collecting data methods. Positive legal norms as a primary data analytics consist description, systematization the positive legal norms, legal norm interpretation, and evaluate the positive legal norms. For the secondary data analytical, writer used the comparison of arguments to know the equation and differentiation to study the primary data. To make a conclution, the writer use deductive method. The conclution is The legal profession is not only an individual interest (private trust), but also a public interest. Therefore, human unwritten rules that emanate from one's own conscience, namely religion, morals and ethics must be able to be upheld firmly even though on the one hand Advocates are required to be loyal to legal idealism and on the other hand Advocates are faced with bitter facts, namely bad practice. in law enforcement.
