- The study entitled Law Enforcement of Children as Narcotics Traffickers analyzes law enforcement in the case of children who are narcotics dealers related to the narcotics law and the criminal justice system of children. This study aims to determine how law enforcement against children as narcotics dealers. The formulation of the problem of this research is how is law enforcement against children as narcotics dealers? Legal research is carried out using normative research methods that use laws and regulations on narcotics and the juvenile criminal justice system and secondary legal materials in the form of books, journals, and interviews. Based on the legal research method, it can be concluded that children are still charged with the articles stipulated in the criminal provisions stipulated in the narcotics law without overriding the special provisions regulated by Law number 11 of 2012 concerning the juvenile criminal justice system. Children aged less than 14 years old can only be subject to action, while children aged 14 years to 18 years can be subject to criminal sanctions and actions. Regarding the child's right to obtain diversion, it does not apply to narcotics dealers because the maximum threat article exceeds 7 years from the provisions of the diversion article.
