- Land registration is an important occasion in Indonesian Land Law. To manifest legal certainty in land , Government through the Ministry of Agrarian and National Land Agency organize an occasion of Land registration for free. This occasion is Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL). PTSL is the first occasion of land registration which is carried out simultaneously for all objects of Land Registration at one region or village in Indonesia, wich include physical and juridical data collection about one or multiple objects of Land Registration for registration purposes. One of the objects of PTSL is land with ownership rights. Through the implementation of PTSL is expected to provide benefits and legal certainty for public and communities through a Certificate of Land Ownership which is obtained.
