- The practice of Asset’s Rent and Utilization is determined in the Ministry of Internal Affairs regulation number 1 in 2016 about the village’s asset management. The implementation of Asset’s Rent and Utilization practices expected to raise the income for the local region. Spatial plan is determined in Government regulation number 26 in 2008 about the National spatial plan. The development of a region must consider the certitude and implementation of the National spatial plan as well as the region scale. This research took a place in Sumberejo, Klaten Selatan, Klaten, Jawa Tengah. The purpose of this research is to know and analyzed the practice of bengkok land’s utilization in Sumberejo according to the spatial plan in Klaten district. Appropriate analysis is needed between the interview result and applied rules. The type of law research that used is qualitative analysis research. This research will focused on social fact. The practice of Asset’s Rent and Utilization bengkok land in Sumberejo that used for a shopping complex is suited with Region’s spatial plan
