- The title of this wrtting is the Implementation of Land Ownership Registration Through Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan. This study aims to see the implementation of registration of land titles through Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan. This type of research is empirical legal research, which is research based on social facts and conducted directly on respondents to obtain data on the implementation of complete systematic land registration in Suka Maju Village, Sungai Betung District, Bengkayang Regency. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of PTSL in 2019 is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency Number 6 of 2018 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration and 19 (nineteen) respondents as participants in the systematic land registration program have obtained certificates of right to soil.
