  • The purpose of this research is to look for data on whether the Right to Obtain Education in Child Prisoners in Child Development Institutions has been implemented in LPKA Class II Yogyakarta in Wonosari, and also to find data on coaching such as what causes prisoners to demand more education rights. This research was carried out with an interview process conducted to the Head of the Community Guidance Section of the Special Guidance Institute for Class II Yogyakarta in Wonosari.The research method used is Normative with its main focus in the form of laws and regulations and uses a deductive thinking process of things that are general to things that are specific.The results showed that the Yogyakarta Class II Child Development Institute was caused by several factors, namely, facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and legislation. LPKA should provide guidance and guidance for child Prisoners and provide more coaching to make it more optimal and achieve the goal of punishment.
