- In 2014, Yogyakarta Fave Hotel’s water utilization faced legal controversy issues regarding the adverse effects on the local populous. No consensus had been made between two parties after countless meetings. This legal writing is an impericial piece of research which fulfills both scientific and ethical goal. The scientific goals emphasizes on analysing the data on the hotel’s rights of water utilization and if abides by the Indonesian law of “environment” and the city rules of water distribution. Ethically, this research focuses on serious questions regarding the living conditions of people living around the hotel
