- This thesis entitled "IMPLEMENTATION OF INDEMNITY OF LAND IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF LANDAK II BRIDGE IN PONTIANAK CITY" aims to determine every activity to acquire a land by providing compensation for those who release or hand over land, buildings, plants and objects which are relating to land. The government builts The Landak II Bridge at Pontianak City to increase infrastructure development and public facilities, precisely in North Pontianak District, Siantan Hilir Village and East Pontianak District, Tanjung Hulu Village. The government has determined the location to be built the bridge by issuing a Governor and PUPR Ministry Decree which requires about 8300m2 of land from 78 households to be used for the construction of Landak II Bridge. The results of this research obtained are, the mechanism for providing compensation in the implementation of land acquisition for the construction of Landak II Bridge in Pontianak City is already appropriate to Presidential Decree 65 of 2006 about Land Acquisition for Implementation of Development for Public Interest, and Law Number 2 of 2012 about Land Acquisition For Development for Public Interest. Based on the aim of this development, it can be a reference to facilitate the explanation of compensation payments in land acquisition issues and also as a reference for government policies.
