The purpose of this research is to know and examine the law issue formulation as written previously. This research was an empirical law research. The conclusion of this research is that acquisition land owner certificate (in term of selling and buying) in actualized legal security and law protection that according to Government Regulation Number 24, 1997 in Bekasi City. This case proved that a much of the owners of land certificate by term of selling and buying didn’t have any objections from third parties and altough there were any, they couldn’t prove it contraily.
