- Structuring settlements with a view on disaster mitigation in Panjangrejo Village, Pundong Subdistrict, Bantul Regency, after the earthquake disaster is an effort to minimize the impact of future disasters. Structuring covers all settlement infrastructure carried out using the Participatory Approach. The purpose of this study is to conduct an Evaluation of Post Disaster Settlement Arrangement in Panjangrejo Village, Pundong District, Banntu Regency; The evaluation was focused on two aspects, namely the achievement of the infrastructure development program and the participatory approach used. This study uses descriptive methods, with data collection techniques including field observations, in-depth interviews, distribution of questionnaires, and documentation studies. The analytical approach used is quantitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study show that: First, when viewed from the aspect of physical quality of infrastructure development products that have been realized, it has a very good form of achievement and provides many positive benefits for the lives of rural communities. But when viewed from the aspect of the quantity of development products, it still has a form of achievement that is less effective and inadequate as expected. Second, at each stage of the development process, the community has various forms of active and diverse participation. In general, the forms of participation that have been carried out by the community, namely through the presence of participating in activities, participation through the contribution of ideas in discussions, willingness to donate funds or material, willingness to donate energy to participation in the form of willingness to give permission so that their land can be passed through development. Third, it concerns the level of community participation in each stage of development. High average participation. If it refers to Arnstein's theory, then overall community participation from the preparation, planning, implementation and evaluation stages is included in the Degree of Citizen Power category. That means the community has full authority to plan to determine decisions in controlling the course of post-disaster infrastructure development in Panjangrejo village.
