- The title of this research is “The Role of the Police in Cope With the Crime of motorcycle theft which is Conducted by Children”. This research aims to analyze the effort by Police in Cope With the Crime of motorcycle theft which is Conducted by Children and to explain the obstacle to effort by Police in Cope With the Crime of motorcycle theft which is Conducted by Children. The research used is normative legal research, that focusing on secondary data. The conclusion of this research is that the Police to do Pre-Emtif and Preventive legal enforcement in Cope With the Crime of motorcycle theft which is Conducted by Children. The obstacle of the Police in Cope With the Crime of motorcycle theft which is Conducted by Children is mapping the perpetrator come from oudside authority region of the resort police.
