- The title of writing this law is criminal responsibility against the military that commits criminal acts of domestic violence. The formulation of the problem in this study is Is the criminal responsibility against members of the military who commit acts of domestic violence? And are there obstacles in the stage of proving that domestic violence is carried out by the military. This legal writing used normative method, and is focused on the rule of law and regulation. The conclusion of this legal form of accountability for members of the military who commit acts of domestic violence is guidance by ANKUM and if the court has reached the stage of criminal sanctions given refers to Article 6 of the Kitab UndanUndang Hukum Pidana Militer.
