- This study is entitled Implementation of Supervision of Pollution Due to Floating Cage Waste (KJA) in Lake Toba Girsang Sipangan Bolon District. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of supervision on pollution of floating net cages in Lake Toba, Simalungun district. This type of research is empirical legal research, which examines the implementation of supervision by the government, the community and KJA actors on pollution due to floating net cage waste in Girsang Sipangan Bolon sub-district, Simalungun district. Lake Toba, the community and the perpetrators of floating net cages. The interview material and data processing were analyzed and it was concluded that the role of supervision carried out by the government and the public on pollution caused by the activities of the Floating Net Cage was already underway, but it still could not be said to run optimally.
