- Indonesian National Army (TNI) is a society that is given the task of safeguarding the sovereignty and integrity of the country and is authorized to use weapons in accordance with the law. TNI environment is not separated from narcotics illicit goods. narcotics are enemies and threats to the country. how to apply sanctions to TNI members who consume narcotics? and can rehabilitsai do it?This normative research method focuses on positive legal norms in the form of legislation along with literature reviews.The conclusion of this study is that the TNI using narcotics violates article 127 will be disrespected disrespectfully and threatened with a maximum sentence of 4 years, also rehabilitation can be given if the TNI is proven legally addicted and dependent on narcotics
