  • Tanjung Belandang beach has a shoreline less than 100 meters due to abrasion. The abrasion also affected to semi-permanent buildings in surrounding. So far, there has been no action yet by Ketapang Local Government in handling them. Hence, the arrangement of semi-permanent buildings should be referred to Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2015 on Ketapang Spatial Planning. Based on that, this research entitled “The Arrangement of Semi-Permanent Buildings Affected by Abrasion in The Border Area of Tanjung Belandang Beach based on Ketapang Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2015 on Ketapang Spatial Planning”. The research aims to find out the arrangement as well as the actions toward semi-permanent buildings that affected by abrasion. This research using empirical method which focusing on social facts. Empirical method done by collecting primary and secondary data using interview the interviewees and literatures. There is arrangement of semi-permanent buildings affected by abrasion from Ketapang Regulation Number 3 of 2015 on Ketapang Spatial Planning about zoning regulation that is the existence of semi-permanent buildings are not allowed and Ketapang Local Government has two actions in for semi-permanent buildings affected by abrasion and resolve it. However, Ketapang Local Government should do real action for law enforcement of Ketapang Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2015 on Ketapang Spatial Planning and immediately finish Ketapang Spatial Detail Plan.
