- The title of this research is law enforcement towards regional regulation, number 22 year 2002 about liquor in Pati regency.The purpose of this research was to obtained the data in the form of law enforcement by the officials towards the regional regulation that has been regulated in the city of Pati. The type of this research is normative legal research which focuses on positive legal norms in the forms of legislation with library studies and interview for data collection methods.This research was conducted in pati regency.The results showed that the regional regulation of liquor in pati regency was too old and needed to be revised or renewed so that the implementation of law enforcement regarding alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages in Pati Regency could be carried out optimally. It is necessary because the law enforcers in Pati regency feel that the regional regulation on liquor does not provide a deterrent effect for traders of liquor and alcoholic beverages in Pati regency.
