- This research entitled legal protection for children who are victims of sexual violence in the household. This research aims to determine whether or not the harmonization of regulations regarding legal protection for children who are victims of sexual violence in the household. The type of research used is normative research, which focuses on positive legal norms in the form of applicable legislation and is equipped with data collection methods in the form of literature studies and interview. The research was conducted at the Sleman District Court with the speaker Mr. Heru as a Judge in the Sleman District Court. The results showed that the harmonization of regulations regarding between the existing regulations relating to legal protection for children who are victims of sexual violence in the household
