- This thesis is entitled "ROLE OF INSTITUTIONS IN COMMUNITY HAS ACCESSIBILITY OF DISABILITIES IN DISASTER FEASIBILITY IN CEBONGAN SLEMAN YOGYAKARTA". The main problem that exists in this thesis is knowing how to protect the rights of disabled prisoners who are run by prisons. The purpose of this thesis is to know the role of existing activities in a penitentiary. The method used in this thesis is empirical law research method. The result of this legal research is that prisons are less readily in fulfilling the rights of prisoners of disability, especially the right of accessibility, the conclusion in this thesis is that the government through prisons is expected to be more able to support the rights of prisoners, in accordance with Law Number 12 of 1995, prisoners of disability.
