- The title of the writing is the implementation of compesation in the procurement of land for the wedening of the komodo Airport road in west Manggarai regency. This study aims to examine the implementation of compensation provided by the government to the landsowners affectedby the road widening.The type of research used is empirical law research conductedof focusedon social facts that include identification of law and research on the effectiveness law.A data collection is usimg the data collection method by giving the questionnaire to respondents, the main interview with the speakers and track the study literature available in accordance with this research.The conclusion of this research is the determination of the compensation form in the widening of Komodo Airport road in west Manggarai regency, resulting in a agreement between the local government and the owerners of the land ownership that is the form of compensation in the form of replacement money.
