- This research is aimed to underatand judge consideration on sentencing child defendant crime case. This research is a normatif research which is using a positive legislation approach. The research was happened in Yogyakarta civil court. As the results, this research figures out the judge consideration on sentencing murder case with defendant. The verdict is supervision sanction by all people arround the defendant on defendant’s surroundings and activities. This verdict considered by the thought that children are nation generations that ought get better education and supervision from parentto avoid negativity feom surroundinga. On semtencing child defwmdant, the verdict is not a revenge but alsa as am introspection of they had done.
