  • Boyolali District is one of the districts in Central Java Province. The total area of Boyolali district is 1015,10 km2 consisting of 228,31 km2 of paddy field and 786,79 km2 of dry land. The population in Boyolali Regency in 2015 was 963.690 people. From year to year the implementation of the conversion of agricultural land into agricultural land for industrial areas is increasing due to the ease of access and licensing process for investors to establish large industrial enterprises in Boyolali district. To obtain the permit for the conversion of agricultural land to agricultural land in Boyolali District shall have a land use change permit (IPPT) issued at the national land agency and a Location Permit issued by the Investment Office and One Stop Service (DPMPTSP). In this study that will be discussed by the researchers is about the implementation of the conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural land for industrial areas based on Local Regulation No. 9 of 2011 on Spatial Plans of Boyolali District in 2011-2031. Research method used by researcher to do this research is by conducting interviews with resource persons that is local government institution related to issuance of license of land function and also respondent that is representative from some company (PT) which have been chosen to be sample in this research.The conclusion obtained after doing research is that the implementation of the conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural land for industrial estate in Boyolali district is in accordance with Local Regulation No. 9 of 2011 on Spatial Planning of Boyolali District. And the local government of Boyolali district has also made special regional regulation to limit the increasing of agriculture land conversion to non agriculture land in the future.
