- This Thesis entitled The Implementation of the Regulation the Special Region of Yogyakarta Governor Number 32 year 2017 about The Implementation of Taxi and Special Lease transportation Using Application based on Information Technology from the Perspective Protection for the Drivers. The purpose of this thesis is to find out whether the arrangement of the special lease transportation and taxi in Special Region of Yogyakarta has provided protection for the special lease and taxi drivers. The empirical research is used on this Thesis. This thesis based on the social fact that happen in the society which conducted on regular basis directly to the respondent to obtain the primary data and supported by the secondary data consisting of preprimary and secondary legal materials. This thesis has a inductive method to make a conclusion. The conclusion of this thesis is the Special Region of Yogyakarta regulation on the special lease and taxi transportation is the Regulation of Governor number 32 year 2017, this regulation still not provide protection for the driver of taxi driver or the driver of special lease transportation.
