- Legal writing/Theses titled IMPLEMENTATION OF RESPONSIBILITYRIGHT REGISTRATION ON CERTIFIED OWN RIGHT OF LAND IN EFFORT TO CREATE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER OF LAND AT CITY OF SURAKARTA with formulation of the problem about “whether Implementation of responsibility-right registration on certified own land at Surakarta has created administrative order of land at City of Surakarta. Objective of the legal writing/theses was to know, to study and to analyze on Implementation of responsibility-right registration on certified own right of land and whether that has created administrative order of land. Type of the research was an empirical study with qualitative data and it used inductive thought method to draw the conclusion. Conclusion of the legal writing /theses was that Implementation of responsibilityright registration on certified own right of land at Surakarta has created administrative order of land at City of Surakarta, though there were some obstacles. Therefore, those obstacles included difficult to find document sheet and waste long time at Office of Land. From Land Certified Office, there were little error to write document and weakness of the files, as well as lack of applicant’s knowledge on way of registering load of responsibility right on certified own right of land.
