- The research discuss about the implementation of the guidance for young parolee in the Class I Correctional Facility. The research focuses on two problems. The first problem is the implementation of the guidance for young parolee. The second problem is the obstacles which is faced by the Class I Correctional Facility in implementing the guidance for young parolee. The research is done directly to respondent as the main data and is supported by the secondary data which is parted into primary law sources and secondary law sources. According to the result of the research, in implementing their responbility, The Class I Correctional Facility use the interview technique. There are two ways in doing interview, that is the adviser visits the client’s house and the client comes to the Class I Correctional Facility. The obstacles which is faced by the Class I Correctional Facility in implementing the guidance for young parolee is that low budget, the lack of supporting facilities and the distance from the client’s house.
