- Karst is an area that has unique landscape and hydrological characteristics occurring as a result of a combination of soluble rocks, secondary porosity, and the influence of natural water as a pelican agent. This is said to have a morphology of formation eksokarst and endokarst. This phenomenon is very instrumental in the function of karst landscape area, because marfologi phenomena are interconnected and should get assurance of its protection. Regulations that have been regulated about the landscape area should be a reference in making the policy of karst landscape processing area. The author wants to know more about the regulatory relationship that governs karst regions that are partly against the higher rules. So if the regulations governing the protection and processing of karts area can be obeyed and environmental balance is achieved.
