- The Implementation of land ownership registration systematically complete with the enactment of regulation of agrarian minister and spatial / head of national land agency number 35 of 2016 in Sleman district Registration of property rights to land is an activity that must be done by the community because to guarantee the rights and to obtain legal certainty about the land. Therefore the government has created a program called Complete Systematic Land Registration that is useful to provide services to communities who have not registered ownership of the land. The purpose of this research is how to implement the land ownership systematically with the enactment of agrarian minister and spatial / head of national land agency number 35 of 2016 in Sleman district, and the obstacles that occur in the implementation. The empirical method used in this study focuses on social facts. Registration of land ownership in Sleman district has been run in accordance with systematic land registration activities complete with the conclusion of the activity has been implemented in accordance with the enforcement of the regulation of agrarian minister and spatial / head of national land agency number 35 of 2016 with some obstacles that occur in the implementation of the activity originated From the Land Office, hamlet / village and community.
