- This Essay is tittle “Law Enforcement to the Regulation Number 1, 2014 about Handling of Beggars and Homeless People’s at Yogyakarta” the background is the Beggars is the only group who needs more concern than anyone from our government for well being. As a grow nations like Indonesia to get a job is really hard and increasing poverty. This fenomena makes Beggars growing so fast. Those Poverty bugging society because not all the Beggars have good behavior. For examples there is a beggard who got rejected they’ got angry. The Government only needs action and Law Enforcer to reduce poverty especially in Yogyakarta. The main goal of this investigation is to reaching data about Law Enforcement to the Regulation Number 1, 2014 about Handling of Beggars and Homeless People’s at Yogyakarta. And we can conclude that this teory is not yet effective because there are so many baggers in Yogyakarta.
