- This thesis, entitled Implementation of the Registration of Property Rights to Land Due Inheritance In Conduct Realizing Land Administration in Tabanan Bali Province. Problem formulation is taken on how the implementation of transitional registration of Property Rights over land for inheritance by a boy who shows by his parents in Tabanan Bali Province. Research on the type of use that is seen from the behavior of the empirical method and Resource Respondents directly. The data used are primary data and secondary and tertiary. Analysis of the data in this study, using qualitative analysis in the form of descriptive written or verbal descriptions. The conclusion in the appeal of using reasoning to think that of the general conclusions to a particular conclusion.
