- The tittle of this research is “The Development For Death Convict In Penitentiary”. The purpose of the research to are determine the coaching carried ut against someone who received the death convict and to know the reason and benefits of the coaching. This research is normative research method. This research examine carefully based on legislation regulation of law and with the interviewing as an additional data. Interview is done with the officer Yogyakarta of Penitentiary class IIA and the death Convict . Based on the analysis, the development is done based on applicable legislation regulation. The reason and benefit why the development for death Convict is required are for supervision and accompaniment. After this research, hopefully legislation regulation conduct specially for death Convict be formed.
