- In this body of work, the researcher discusses the role and function of land office in Sleman Regency to settling certificate of property rights double title deed (overlapping) in order to guarantly legal certainty. The aim of the research is to determine how the role and function of land office in Sleman Regency to settling certificate of property rights double title deed (overlapping) in order to guarantly legal certainty and wheter the role and function of land office in Sleman Regency to settling certificate of property rights double title deed (overlapping) already guarantly legal certainty. In this research, the researcher used empirical data which was obtained through the use interviews. In this body of work, has obtained the result that land office in Sleman Regency used mediation in solving problems certificate of property rights double title deed (overlapping) through service complaints since 2015 and through these measures which produce deed of peace already guarantly legal certainty.
