- Probelm of corruption is not a new issue in the legal and economic case for a country because of corruption problems have existed for thousand years ago, both in developed and developing countries including Indonesia. Even the development of curruption in Indonesia has been so badly and became a very remarkable because it has increased and spread to the whole society. Corruption caused state losses resulting volatility of national stability. One way that can be used to restore losses to the state is to provide an additional penalty of payment compensation. These effort have yielded the form of revenue to the state treasury from the payment of compensation of some prisoners who had set the amount of repelcement payment by the courts. Prosecution is one of agency that is authorized by law to restore losses to the state trought establishment of the court. Kejakssan Republik Indonesia in conducting of returning state losses trought the procedures that have been fixed by Undang-Undang No. 16 Tahun 2004. Prosecution is expected to return in state losses can be optimized and may put the prevention of corruption, to make the Indonesia country is expected to be a country free of corruption and become a prosperous country.
