- This thesis is entitled The Implementation of Transitional Registration of Property Rights by Buy and Sell Through a One-day Service to Embody Orderly Administration of Land in Bantul Regency. The formulation of problem in this thesis focuses into How to achieve the implementation of transitional registration of property rights by buy and sell through a one-day service to embody orderly administration of land in Bantul regency. The purpose of this thesis is to review and to analyze the implementation of transitional registration of property rights by buy and sell through a one-day service to embody orderly administration of land in Bantul regency. Research method used in this thesis is empirical law research. Empirical law research is done directly by the respondents and interviewees as primary data. Primary data is considered as the main data in this research supported by secondary data consists of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. As the result of this thesis, the readers know that the process and the requirement in implementation of One-day Service is already commensurable with The Regulation of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 in 2010 which informs about Service Standards and Regulation of Land. One-day Service in Land Office has created an atmosphere which is expeditious, neat, cheap, fast, and fair and equitable public service to reach an orderly Land Administration.
