- The appearance of whistle blower become particular expectation to discover corruption. Beside becoming a witness of criminal, the whistle blower so be able to explain in detail the involved persons. There is an extra-ordinary boldness that shall be rewarded with maximum human-protection. There is an expectation that Act No. 3, 2006 does not regulate law protection to the whistle blower because considering its difficult position. In such condition a thought and law-protection effort is necessary and safety of whistle blower to exclaim the true testimony.
