- Rapid birth growth resulted in increasing need of children's product. This issue combined with the escalating parents awareness of toddler's education, created an opportunity to develop table-chair that is suitable for children The purpose of this paper is to evaluate table and chair for children in preschool or kindergarten, determine whether this type of furniture is well-designed and promotes good sitting posture at school by taking into account the dimensions of the children. This paper further uims to design ergonomic folded table-choir that caters the customer needs. The anthropometric data war gathered from total of 50 children with ages 2 to 5. Finally. feasibility analysis of the folded desk- chair war conducted in 3 aspects, i.e.. market. technical and financial. It showed that the folded chair was feasible from financial aspect since the IRR (40.135%) greater than MARR(18%). Furthermore, the Break Even Point is 40.89% from soles and the capital will be paid back in 3 ears and 8 weeks.
