- In the globalization era, the firm moves flesiblelity to do adaptation with change the firm's strategy. The changing of firm's strategy will be worthy if firm business networking had developed. A good Inter personal relationship (Guanxi) among people at the f i r m, is a pioneer to create a good organization relationship too. It makes continue and worthy external relationship. Interdependencies between suppliers, firms and consumers build the business networking.
