  • Internship report to analyze quality control at PT. Masmedia Buana Pustaka is a company engaged in book printing. PT. Masmedia Buana Pustaka always prioritizes the quality of its products. In the production process, PT. Masmedia Buana Pustaka, still experiencing obstacles in the form of frequent occurrence of defects in book products. To overcome this, quality control is done by identifying the types of defects in the product and addressing the causes of defects in the product. The results of the study explain the factors that cause the occurrence of defective products and minimize the occurrence of defective products so that products are in accordance with specifications and can be sold to consumers. The method used in this study is Seven tools.
