- A lot of existing solution efforts as an error handling within organization was created to policies and technological improvement. What 's the result? Often, the improvements do not realize as a temporary manner without any foundation change and just found some causes of the errors Fraudulent responsibility always arise because of the error existence. So, the integrated solution from all internal entities will be necessary. The role of culture (national culture, organizational culture and professional culture) must be understood by all people within organization, especially the person who has responsibility to handle organization errors Internal Networking Responsibility Model will become a directional sense from all entities to create the sense of responsibility to handle all error. There are 5 agent as a main power to handle error i.e monitoring agent, risk assessment agent, fault diagnosing agent, recovery agent and error handling agent. The implementation of this model shows as an approriate to organization in Indonesia and become one of the option for management to handles error within organization.
