- The informatics department in X university has equipment to support its lectures, it also can be used by students to compete their tasks, and other activities. It is important to maintain the equipment carefully. But the current runs less support the expectations, for example, many equipment is broke or incomplete without knowing the cause, insufficient notes of lending tools information, inefficient recording about history of equipment maintenance, and so on. Inventory information system to be built is expected to increase the effectiveness of the maintenance of this equipment in department, in order to provide an added value to overall department business process.
