- Prita Mulyasari was jailed in LAPAS Wanita Tangerang, because of her email sent to her friends about her complaining about the unprofessional service of OMNI International Hospital. Due to that email, Prita was sued against article 27 paragraph (3) related to article 45 paragraph (1) of Act 11 Year 2008 on Information and Electronic Transaction, or Article 310 paragraph (2) of KUHP, or Article 311 paragraph (1) of KUHP. And than, addition of article by Prosecutor of District Attorney of Tangerang in this case, according to Article 144 of KUHAP is allowed.
