HUBUNGAN SERVICE EXCELLENT BIDAN DALAM PELAKSANAAN ANC DENGAN CAKUPAN K6 DI PUSKESMAS BATIPUH KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR

- Pelayanan antenatal atau antenatal care (ANC) merupakan setiap kegiatan dan atau serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan sejak terjadinya masa konsepsi hingga sebelum mulainya proses persalinan yang diberikan kepada seluruh ibu hamil. Tujuan ANC menurut World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2019 dalam Pedoman Pelayanan Antenatal Terpadu oleh Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia (Kemenkes RI, 2020) adalah untuk memperoleh suatu proses kehamilan serta persalinan yang aman dan positif (positive pregnancy experience). Pelayanan ANC akan mempersiapkan calon ibu agar benar-benar siap untuk hamil, melahirkan dan menjaga agar lingkungan sekitar mampu melindungi bayi dari infeksi. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tanah Datar Tahun 2021 cakupan K1 dan K6 mengalami penurunan berkisar 1-2% dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Hubungan Service Excellent dalam Pelaksanaan ANC dengan cakupan K6 di Puskesmas Batipuh Kabupaten Tanah Datar Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik dengan desain penelitian crossectional. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni – Agustus 2022. Populasi adalah seluruh Ibu hamil TM III yang berada di akhir kehamilan di Puskemas Batipuh yang berjumlah 35 orang, sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Didapatkan hasil penelitian sebagian besar responden melakukan kunjungan K6 secara lengkap, yaitu sebanyak 21 orang (60%). Sebagian besar responden mendapatkan service excellent dari tenaga kesehatan saat pelayanan ANC, yaitu sebanyak 25 orang (71,4%). Berdasarkan analisis bivariat diketahui ada hubungan antara service excellent dalam pelaksanaan ANC dengan cakupan K6 dengan p value 0,04. Kata kunci : cakupan K6, ANC, service excellent
- Antenatal care (ANC) is any activity or series of activities carried out from conception until the delivery process is starting, which is provided to all pregnant women. According to World Health Organization (WHO) in the Guidelines for Integrated Antenatal Services by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenkes RI, 2020), The aim of ANC is to obtain a safe and positive pregnancy and delivery process (positive pregnancy experience). ANC services will prepare prospective mothers so that they are really ready for pregnancy, childbirth and maintain the surrounding environment can protect the baby from infection. Based on data from the Tanah Datar District Health Office in 2021 the coverage of K1 and K6 has decreased by around 1-2% compared to the previous year. The aims of this study is looking at the relationship between service excellence in the implementation of ANC with K6 coverage at the Batipuh Health Center, Tanah Datar District in 2022. The type of research used is analytic with a cross-sectional research design. The research was carried out in June - August 2022. The population was all TM III pregnant women who were at the end of their pregnancy at the Batipuh Health Center, totaling 35 respondents. The sample in this study was taken by total sampling technique. The research results showed that the majority of respondents made a complete K6 visit, as many as 21 respondents (60%). Most of the respondents received excellent service from medical personnel during ANC services, as many as 25 respondents (71.4%). Based on bivariate analysis, it is known that there is a relationship between the implementation service excellent of ANC with K6 coverage with p value of 0.04.
