- Mata merupakan salah satu organ yang digunakan manusia untuk berinteraksi dengan sesama manusia. Apabila terjadi penurunan visual, maka salah satu faktor resiko yang muncul adalah strabismus. Strabismus umum terjadi pada anak-anak dan menjadi salah satu faktor umum penyebab ambliopia. Oleh karena itu penulis ingin mengetahui apa karakteristik ambliopia pada anak strabismus di RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Denpasar pada tahun 2021. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling dengan melihat rekam medis di RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah periode Januari 2021 sampai dengan Desember 2021. Terdapat 18 pasien yang didiagnosis strabismus dengan adanya penurunan visus. Jumlah laki-laki 11 (61,1%) dan perempuan 7 (38,7). Sebagian besar pasien berada pada rentang usia 6-11 dan 12-17 tahun (n=8, 44,4%). Sebagian besar pasien berdomisili di daerah Badung (n=5, 83,3%). Terdapat 15 pasien (83,3%) tidak dijelaskan mengenai adanya riwayat keluarga dalam lembar rekam medis. Sebagian besar pasien memiliki arah deviasi keluar atau eksotropia (n=10, 55,6%). Sebagai kesimpulan, terdapat 18 kasus strabismus dengan ambliopia. Sebagian besar adalah laki-laki dengan kelompok usia 6-11 dan 12-17 tahun, memiliki arah deviasi eksotropia, berdomisili di Badung, dan tidak dijelaskan adanya riwayat keluarga pada rekam medis
- The eye is one of the organs used by humans to interact with fellow humans. If there is a visual derivation, the one of the risk factors that a rise is strabismus. Strabismus is common in children and is one of the most common causes of the amblyopia. Therefore, the writer wants to know what are the characteristics of amblyopia in strabismus children at Prof Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Hospital Denpasar in 2021. The design of this research is descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The collection of samples was done by total sampling by looking at the medical records at Prof Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Hospital Denpasar for the period January 2021 to December 2021. There were 18 patients diagnosed with strabismus with decreased vision. The number of male 11 (61.1%) and female 7 (38.7%). Most of the patients were in the age range of 6-11 and 12-17 years (n=8, 44,4%). Most of the patients lived in the Badung area (n-5, 83,3%). There were 15 patients (83,3%) who were not explained about their family history in the medical record sheet. Most of the patients had outward deviation or exotropia (n=10, 55,6%). In conclusion, there were 18 cases of strabismus with amblyopia. Most of them are men in the age group of 6-11 and 12-17 years, have exotropic deviation direction, live in Badung, and do not have a family history explained in the medical record.
