- Latar Belakang : .Menjelang persalinan, ibu hamil akan merasakan nyeri akibat kontraksi rahim yang semakin lama semakin kuat. Sebagian ibu ada yang bisa tahan dengan nyeri persalinan, namun ada pula ibu bersalin yang merasa sangat kesakitan saat persalinan. Masasse effluerage dan deep back masasse salah satu alternatif non farmakologi yang yang dapat digunakan dalam intervensi manajemen nyeri ibu bersalin yang mudah diaplikasikan. Tujuan :memaparkan efektifitas kombinasi masasse effluerage dan deep back masasse terhadap penurunan nyeri persalinan. Metode Penelitian :Jenis penelitian Quasy Experimental dengan rancangan one group pretest and posttest design. Sebanyak 24 ibu bersalin kala I fase aktif dengantingkat nyeri sedang - berat dipilih dengan metode purposive sample untuk studi ini, dikelompokan sebagai berikut kelompok kombinasi, kelompok dengan masasse effluerage dan kelompok deep back masasse. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PMB Sariguti, PMB Harti candra dan PMB Nurhaida. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan intervensi kelompok kombinasi terbukti efektif terhadap nyeri persalinan dengan nilai rerata lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok masasse efluerage dan kelompok deep back masasse, secara statistik deskriptif diperoleh rerata penurunan nyeri sebesar 3,66 ± 0,516 dengan signifikansi p value 0,000 ( p < 0,05). Kesimpulan : kombinasi metode masasse effluerage dan kelompok deep back masasse efektif terhadap penurunan nyeri ibu bersalin. Intervensi ini dapat digunakan sebagai penatalaksanaan manajemen nyeri ibu bersalin di praktik bidan mandiri maupun di klinik bersalin. - Background : Before delivery, pregnant women will feel pain due to uterine contractions that are getting stronger and stronger. Some mothers can stand the pain of childbirth, but there are also mothers who feel very sick during labor. Effluerage massage and deep back massage are non-pharmacological alternatives that can be used in labor pain management interventions that are easy to apply. Objective: to describe the effectiveness of the combination of massage effluerage and deep back massage on reducing labor pain. Research Methods: This type of research is Quasy Experimental with a one group pretest and posttest design. A total of 24 mothers giving birth in the first stage of active phase with moderate to severe pain were selected using the purposive sample method for this study, grouped as follows: the combination group, the group with massage effluerage and the deep back massage group. This research was conducted at PMB Sariguti, PMB Harti Chandra and PMB Nurhaida. Results: After the intervention group combination proved effective against labor pain with a higher mean value than the effluerage massage group and the deep back massage group, descriptive statistics obtained an average pain reduction of 3.66 ± 0.516 with a significance p value of 0.000 (p < 0, 05). Conclusion: the combination of the massage effluerage method and the deep back massage group is effective in reducing maternal pain. This intervention can be used as a management of maternal pain management in the practice of independent midwives and in maternity clinics. Keywords: Massage Effleurage, Deep Back Massage, Labor Pain
