Karakteristik Pasien Kanker Serviks Stadium IIB Pasca Kemoterapi Neoadjuvant di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar Tahun 2020-2021

  • Kanker serviks adalah keganasan pada leher rahim akibat human papilloma virus. Terapi pada kasus kanker serviks stadium IIB adalah kemoterapi neoadjuvant. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik berdasarkan usia, tipe histopatologi, riwayat keluarga, paritas, riwayat kontrasepsi, respon kemoterapi, dan status operabilitas pada kasus kanker serviks stadium IIB pasca kemoterapi neoadjuvant di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif retrospektif yang bersumber dari rekam medis pasien dengan teknik total sampling. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien kanker serviks stadium IIB pasca kemoterapi neoadjuvant di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar periode 2020-2021 sesuai kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 40 pasien kanker serviks stadium IIB dengan jumlah kasus tertinggi usia 40-49 tahun (45%). Tipe histopatologi tersering squamous cell carcinoma (85%). Pasien tanpa riwayat keluarga menderita kanker serviks sejumlah 92,5%. Pasien dengan jumlah paritas >2 sebanyak 52,5%. Pasien dengan riwayat penggunaan kontrasepsi sebanyak 65%. Respon kemoterapi baik lebih banyak ditemukan sebesar 70%. Status pasien operabel sebesar 57,5%. Kata kunci :  karakteristik, kanker serviks stadium IIB, kemoterapi neoadjuvant.
  • Cervical cancer is a malignancy of the cervix caused by human papilloma virus. Therapy for cervical cancer stage IIB is neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristic based on age, histopathological type, family history, parity, contraceptive history, chemotherapy response, and operability status in cases of cervical cancer stage IIB after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in Sanglah Hospital Denpasar. This study is a retrospective descriptive study sourced from patient’s medical record with total sampling technique. The population and sample of this study were stage IIB cervical cancer patient after neoadjuvant chemotherapy at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar in 2020-2021 according to the inclusion criteria. The result showed that were 40 stage IIB cervical cancer patient with the highest number of cases aged 40-49 years (45%). The most common histopathological type was squamous cell carcinoma (85%). Patients without family history of cervical cancer were 92.5%. Patients with parity >2 were 52.5%. Patients with history of contraceptive use were 65%. Good chemotherapy response is more common (70%). Operable patient status was 57.5%. Keywords : characteristic, cervical cancer stage IIB, neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
