GAMBARAN KARAKTERISTIK DAN KEPATUHAN PENGOBATAN PASIEN TB DI PUSKESMAS SERIRIT I PADA TAHUN 2023

- Penyakit tuberkulosis atau TB saat ini adalah masalah kesehatan masyarakat di antara penyakit menular di dunia. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan kepatuhan pengobatan dari pasien tuberkulosis di puskesmas Seririt I. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Seririt I sejak Januari 2023-Juli 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan design crossectional di mana jumlah sampel digunakan sejumlah 25 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu total sampling. Pengumpulan data bersumber dari kartu pengambilan obat-obatan TB dan rekam medis pasien. Data penelitian dirangkum ke dalam microsoft excel dan data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian berupa data karakteristik pasien dengan infeksi tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Seririt I yang menunjukkan bahwa pasien dengan infeksi tuberkulosis terbanyak pada kelompok laki-laki (80%), kelompok usia 50-60 tahun (40%), asal daerah Bubunan Buleleng 20%, TB dengan kasus baru (84%), TB tanpa adanya komorbid (80%), pasien TB yang terkonfirmasi bakteriologis (60%), lokasi infeksi TB paling banyak di paru (96%), pengobatan TB menggunakan kategori I reguler (84%) dan pauh berobat (96%). Kepatuhan pengobatan pasien TB sangat penting, dengan keteraturan pengobatan sehingga dapat tercapainya tingkat kesembuhan yang tinggi pada pasien TB dan juga menghindari adanya kekebalan dari bakteri penyebab infeksi TB terhadap obat-obatan TB. - Tuberculosis or TB is currently a public health problem among infectious diseases in the world. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the characteristics and treatment adherence of tuberculosis patients at the Seririt I Health Center. This research was a descriptive study conducted at the Seririt I Health Center from January 2023 to July 2023. This study used a cross-sectional design where the number of samples used was 25 people who were taken using a sampling technique, namely total sampling. Data collection was sourced from TB drug collection cards and patient medical records. The research data was summarized in Microsoft Excel and the data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics with the help of SPSS version 16.0. The results of the study were data on the characteristics of patients with tuberculosis infection at the Seririt I Health Center which showed that patients with tuberculosis infection were mostly in the male group (80%), age group 50-60 years (40%), origin from Bubunan area 20%, TB with new cases (84%), TB without comorbidities (80%), TB patients with bacteriological confirmation (60%), most TB infection sites in the lungs (96%), TB treatment using regular category I (84%) and older medicine (96%). Compliance with treatment of TB patients is very important, with regularity of treatment so that a high cure rate can be achieved in TB patients and also avoids the existence of immunity from the bacteria that causes TB infection to TB drugs.
