- Abstrak. Suatu isolat murni telah berhasil diisolasi dari ekstrak kloroform kulit batang tumbuhan A. elaeagnoidea melalui proses pemisahan KCV, KKG, KLT-P dan rekristalisasi. Identifikasi struktur dari isolat tersebut dilakukan menggunakan metode spektroskopi mencakup UV-Vis, IR, dan GC-MS. Berdasarkan analisis data spektroskopi diduga isolat tersebut adalah bisabolol oksida A. Kata kunci: A. elaeagnoidea, bisabolol oksida A, ekstrak kloroform, seskuiterpen. Abstract. A pure isolate has been isolated from chloroform extract of the stem bark of A.elaeagnoidea through separation process VLC, GCC, P-TLC and recrystallization. The structural identification of isolate was done by spectroscopic method UV-Vis, IR and GC-MS. Based on the spectroscopy analysis, it was suggueted to be as biasbolol oxide A.
