To accomplish these purposes, we crate a simulation model that combine drama theory and emotional state model (PAD model). Drama theory was adopted because it able to describe dilemmas and paradox arising from rational goal seeking behavior. It also provides us with rigorous analytical and computational tools for conflict analysis. Our previous model was able to recognize and solve confrontation dilemmas, i.e., persuasion and rejection dilemma among the agents. In this paper, we propose an enhanced simulation model that is able to recognize and solve collaboration dilemmas (trust dilemma) among the agents. In order to obtain some fruitful suggestions for encouraging agent&#x2019;s collaboration, we product agent-based simulation using SOARS (Spot Oriented Agent Role Simulator). Keywords: Agent based Simulation, Negotiation, Dilemma, Drama Theory, Emotion</description><publisher lang="en-US">SBM ITB</publisher><contributor lang="en-US"/><date>2002-06-01</date><type>Journal:Article</type><type>Other:info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion</type><type>Journal:Article</type><type>File:application/pdf</type><identifier>http://journal.sbm.itb.ac.id/index.php/mantek/article/view/94</identifier><source lang="en-US">Jurnal Manajemen Teknologi; Vol 8, No 2 2009</source><source>2089-7928</source><source>1412-1700</source><language>eng</language><relation>http://journal.sbm.itb.ac.id/index.php/mantek/article/view/94/85</relation><rights lang="en-US">An author &#xA0;who publishes in&#xA0; the &#xA0;Jurnal Manajemen Teknologi agrees to the following terms:Author retains the &#xA0;copyright and grants the journal the right of first publication of &#xA0;the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.Author is &#xA0;able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book)with the &#xA0;acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.Author is &#xA0;permitted and encouraged to post his/her &#xA0;work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of the published work (See The Effect of Open Access).Jurnal Manajemen Teknologi&#xA0;by&#xA0;http://journal.sbm.itb.ac.id/index.php/mantek/index&#xA0;is licensed under a&#xA0;Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.</rights><recordID>article-94</recordID></dc>
