- PT. Dirgantara Indonesia is one of the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) owned by Indonesia, as the aircraft industry of PT. Dirgantara Indonesia in addition to being demanded to produce good quality products, on time delivery to customers is one of the factors affecting customer satisfaction and which can greatly increase the value of the company own. One of the most influential factors in timely delivery is the availability of materials, production will run smoothly when the required material is always available. The availability of the material in question is not only the Aircraft (Aircraft Material) but there is also material to support the production (Non Aircraft Material) such as production support equipment. For material supply control and other processes PT. Dirgantara Indonesia is already using SAP in running it. However only Aircraft material can be controlled by the system’s material inventory, but for Non Aircraft material we can not control the material inventory. In the production of the aircraft is of course through a long production process, and to support the production process required materials and production aids (Non Aircraft Materials). The problem faced by one is the acceleration of the arrival of goods is not proportional to the demand, where there is often delay in the arrival of goods that may cause inhibition of production process, thus impacting the next production process that will cause delays in delivery to the customer. Alternative solutions are proposed to reduce PR delayed non aircraft materials, there some alternative solutions, Develop the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). But to achive that four strategic plan are needed suc as, Invite Suplier, Select Suplier, Create contract and Implementation contract.Keywords: Purchase Requisition, Non Aircraft Material, Delayed, Material Planning, Procurement, MRP, VMI
