- Perkembangan teknologi informasi di zaman sekarang terjadi begitu pesat dan memudahkan penyampaian berbagai informasi kepada masyarakat. Kemajuan teknologi telah membuat suatu pekerjaan menjadi lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, kemampuan Teknik pengguna, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada BPD Bali Cabang Renon. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 orang. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Data analisis menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kemampuan Teknik pengguna berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) penggunaan informasi teknologi berpengaruh negatif signifikan pada kinerja karyawan.
- The development of information technology in this day and age occurs so rapidly and facilitates the delivery of various information to the public. Advances in technology have made a job faster, more precise and accurate so that it can improve employee performance in a company. This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems, user technical capabilities, and utilization of information technology on employee performance. This research was conducted at BPD Bali Cabang Renon. The number of samples taken as many as 30 people. Sampling method use purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis use multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the effectiveness of the accounting information system has a significant negative effect on employee performance, (2) the user's technical ability has a significant negative effect on employee performance, (3) the use of information technology has a significant negative effect on employee performance.
